These unconscious biases silently fuel miscommunication, create tension, and block collaboration. This highly interactive 60-minute workshop invites participants to decode everyday behaviours and uncover what gets in the way of clear, authentic communication at work. Through a mix of reflection and group observation, we’ll explore how perception shapes interaction— and how shifting that perception can transform team dynamics. This session is ideal for leaders and professionals who want to build stronger, more resilient teams based on clarity, trust, and human connection. Participants will: Observe and reflect on real-world behaviour patterns that block effective communication and gain insight into how perception impacts workplace relationships. Learn practical techniques to shift from reactivity to clarity and explore ways to turn everyday conflict into opportunities for team growth. Walk away with communication tools to foster trust, alignment, and psychological safety.
